The controller of your personal data is Federation of IT Experts with a registered office in Sękocin Nowy, Al. Krakowska 61 A, 05-090 Sękocin Nowy.

Your data will be processed in accordance with the regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) (OJ EU L 119/1), “GDPR”.

You have the right to demand from the controller to exercise your rights in accordance with the applicable laws, including the right to access and rectification of data, the right to data portability, erasure, restriction of processing, as well as the right to object to processing of data. In association with processing of your personal data by the controller, you have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.

On the basis of your personal data, the controller will not take any automated decisions, including decisions resulting from profiling. The controller does not intend to transfer your data to third countries or international organizations.

Provision of your data is voluntary but necessary for achievement of the objective of processing. Your consent can be withdrawn, adjusted or changed at any time. Withdrawal of your consent will not apply to data processed prior to such withdrawal.
